Four people are recovering after an early morning accident in Waco.
According to police the crash occurred around 4 a.m. on Sunday.
Officers say a white truck was headed eastbound on austin avenue, when it was struck by another vehicle traveling northbound on north 25th street.
Witnesses described the moment of impact, saying the crash sounded like “an explosion.”
Two people from each vehicle were taken to the hospital, but there is no word on their condition.
The cause of the wreck is under investigation.
