Two Twin Peaks indictments were unsealed Wednesday morning after the two suspects were arrested.
Richard Clarence Lockhart,46, and 39-year-old Richard Dewayne Smith have been indicted on engaging in organized criminal activity.
The suspects had two out of the six sealed indictments from last week's grand jury.
They had sealed indictments because the individuals had not been arrested in connection to the shooting until now. On Thursday, the two suspects were out of jail after posting bond. The surety bond was originally set at $250,000.
On Tuesday, the indictment of James Hardin Jr. was unsealed. Currently, three indictments remain sealed.
