A former Mexia high school teacher now faces a second charge of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
Montana Joan Davis was previously arrested in February accused of having an improper relationship with a high school male student.
The second charge stems from another alleged incident at her home in Lacy Lakeview with the same student.
Police sources told News Channel 25 they believe it happened several times.
Davis has been released from jail after posting bond.
