A Central Texas man is one million dollars richer after winning a lottery ticket grand prize.
Joe L. Montes of Waco claimed a top prize in the Texas Lottery® scratch ticket game $1,000,000 Instant Cashout.
For selling the winning ticket, Lake Air Food Mart is also eligible for a $10,000 retailer bonus.
Montes claims the fifth of six top prizes worth $1 million available in the game. He has requested minimal publicity.
The Texas Lottery Commission says $1,000,000 Instant Cashout offers more than $91.5 million in total prizes. Overall odds of winning any prize in $1,000,000 Instant Cashout are one in 3.05, including break-even prizes.
