The victims of the 2009 Fort Hood Shooting will be remembered during a memorial dedication ceremony in Killeen on Friday.
Salado artist Troy Kelley designed 13 bronze sculptures to honor those who died. Construction began in December 2014.
Family, friends, and survivors will attend along with Texas governor Greg Abbott and U.S. Representatives John Carter and Roger Williams
The ceremony will begin at 3 p.m. at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center just feet away from the memorial site.
