Walmart employees were allowed to return to work after the store was evacuated due to an "ongoing situation" on Thursday morning.
Lampasas Police Department warned the residents on Facebook about the evacuation at the Walmart at 1710 Central Texas Expressway around 10:20 a.m. on Thursday. Officers gave the all clear before 12:20 p.m., allowing employees to go back into the store.
