WACO, Texas – Baylor football's Big 12 road opener against Kansas on Oct. 10 in Lawrence, Kan., will start at 11 a.m. CT on FS1, the league office announced Monday.
Baylor, ranked No. 4 in the Amway Coaches poll and No. 5 in the AP Top 25, is off to a 3-0 start for the fifth-straight year and faces Texas Tech Saturday at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on ABC at 2:30 p.m.
Baylor currently leads the country in total offense (767.0 ypg) and in scoring offense (64.0 ppg).
Kansas is 0-3 on the season. The Jayhawks travel to face Iowa State to open Big 12 play, before hosting the Bears next weekend.
Baylor secured a 60-14 Homecoming victory over KU last season and leads the overall series between the two teams 10-4. The Bears are 3-4 in the series in games played in Lawrence.
The game versus Kansas is BU’s third on the FOX family of networks and its first on FS1 this season (vs. Lamar and Rice).
