Waco Police arrested Fernando Rey Torres for two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. Police say he was an acquaintance of the girl who is younger than age ten. A relative reported the suspected abuse to authorities on June 21st saying the child had been touched inappropriately at least two different times.
