A man is dead after being hit by a car while crossing a street in Killeen Friday night.
Police say about 9:50 p.m., they responded to a auto pedestrian accident in the 1300 block of S. Fort Hood St., and found 65-year-old Bahri Graci on the ground.
Graci was immediately airlifted to Baylor Scott & White Hospital in serious condition, where he died a few hours later.
Police say Graci was crossing the street in front S. Fort Hood and Jennifer Streets, when he was hit by a black 2011 Mazda 6 traveling southbound.
Police were seen questioning the driver of the Mazda, but have not released her name or if she will be facing any charges.
The crash is still under investigation.
