The Killeen Police Department is investigating a Friday afternoon wreck that sent a motorcyclist to the hospital with reported head injuries.
Police received the call about 1:45 p.m. about a black Harley Davidson motorcycle that was heading northbound on 195, just before White Willow, that hit the back of a Toyota Scion.
According to police, the motorcyclist wasn't wearing a helmet and suffered head injuries. They called for a helicopter, but by the time it arrived, the man has already been taken to Scott & White by ambulance.
The driver and passengers in the Scion were not hurt.
Killeen PD continues to investigate the crash.
