Police used a stun gun to arrest a man who fought two detectives and an officer at a Waco medical clinic Monday.
Dispatchers got a report Justin Jerome Howie was stalking his ex-girlfriend and officers went to arrest him on a probation violation warrant at the Treat N Go medical clinic in the 1100 block of Wooded Acres.
Howie fought police and had to be restrained with a Taser gun before he was taken into custody and booked into jail charged with stalking, resisting arrest, and possession of marijuana.
