Players and coaches on the New York Jets have been sent home from practice Friday after a reported presumptive positive coronavirus test, according to the Associated Press. The final test results should be known later Friday.

The Jets are scheduled to host the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the Tennessee Titans and Buffalo Bills are "on track" to play on Tuesday night in Nashville after the Titans reported no new positive COVID-19 tests on Friday morning, according to ESPN and NFL Network.

More than 20 Titans players and team staffers have tested positive for COVID-19 since last week. The outbreak already forced the postponement of last Sunday's home game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, which will now take place Oct. 25.

The NFL requires all players and team staffers test negative for COVID-19 before a team can reopen its facility. All Titans tested on Monday and Tuesday were virus-free, but as the team prepared to open its facility on Wednesday, more Titans tested positive, putting the Bills game in doubt.

The Titans are now hoping to open their facility on Saturday to begin preparations for Tuesday's game. The Bills have said that they will not conduct practice on Friday, given the schedule change.

While dealing with their team outbreak, the Titans reportedly held workouts at a nearby school in violation of the NFL's COVID-19 protocols. The league has threatened to issue fines, revoke draft picks and declare forfeits to teams who are proven to have violated protocols.

Elsewhere in the league, ESPN and NFL Network report that the New England Patriots reported no positive COVID-19 tests on Friday, meaning their game against the Denver Broncos is on track to take place on Monday evening. That game, originally slated to take place Sunday, was rescheduled earlier this week after star cornerback Stephon Gilmore tested positive for the virus earlier this week.

Gilmore played in a game Monday night against the Kansas City Chiefs, who have not reported any COVID-19 cases this week.
