SAN ANTONIO, Texas — UMHB Women's Basketball is headed back to the Sweet 16 after beating UT-Dallas 64-48. This will be their second-straight trip to the Third Round.
The Cru were led by Madison McCoy and Kendall Rollins. McCoy scored a team-high 18 points, while Rollins recorded 16 points and 10 boards.
UMHB trailed at the end of the first quarter, but they rebounded with an 8-0 run to start the second quarter. They never trailed again.
With the win, the Cru advance to play Christopher Newport University in the Sweet 16.
