WACO, TX — Lady Bears Coach Kim Mulkey has been inducted into the 2020 Naismith Hall of Fame.
Other notable basketball greats that joined Mulkey as finalists are Eddie Sutton, Tamika Catchings, Barbara Steven, and former NBA stars Tim Duncan, Rudy Tomjanovich, Kevin Garnett, and the late Kobe Bryant.
In order to be elected into the Naismith Hall of Fame, Mulkey had to receive 18 of 24 votes from the honors committee.
The Baylor Woman's basketball coach is the only person to win an NCAA national championship as a player, assistant coach and head coach.
