WACO, TX — The Baylor women’s tennis team (5-12) will take on No. 12 NC State at 9 p.m. CDT Friday and No. 17 USC at 10 p.m. Saturday in Indian Wells, Calif.
The matches will be played at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and will feature the 14-3 Wolfpack and 10-2 Trojans taking on the Bears.
NC State enters Friday’s match as winners of four straight and the Wolfpack is 3-2 vs. the Top 25 this season. USC is on a six-match winning streak. Baylor leads the all-time series with both programs at 2-1 vs. NC State and 4-3 vs. USC.
Baylor is coming off a loss to No. 24 Old Dominion where sophomore Livia Kraus picked up her 40th career singles win in the losing effort. NC State and USC will mark the seventh and eighth Top 25 teams that Baylor has faced this season.
