Chip and Jo to launch new network coming summer 2020

WACO, TX — The summer of 2020, Chip and Joanna Gaines will launch their new network with Discovery Inc.

In a tweeet Jo said, "Whether it's design and renovation, cooking, gardening, wellness, community, entrepreneurialism or relationships - our hope is when you come to our network it feels like home."

On Thursday, in a summer update blog post, Jo gave a quick snippet of what the network means to her and Chip.

"When I think back to what Chip and I have done together over the past 16 years, it all felt insurmountable at the time. Whether it was flipping our first house together, opening our own business or having kids, there were just so many unknowns. When I get nervous or afraid, the part that gets me up every day is that fact that we get to climb these steep mountains together. We have grown to love the unknown and the risks and challenges that come with it," Jo said.

The post also said they believe there are good stories waiting to be told.

"We have started the process of exploring ideas for shows and the ways in which we’ll curate and produce them. We can’t wait to tell them," Jo said.

Jo tweeted out a sneak peak of what's to come on the new network.

The network is expected to begin the summer of 2020.
