KERR COUNTY, Texas (KXXV) — The Texas Department of Public Safety is assisting several agencies with the rescue and recovery efforts in Kerr County.
At least 80 people died over the holiday weekend, blamed on flooding.
Texas Parks and Wildlife are also helping to comb through debris and damage.
