We've all seen the photos of the clear waters in Venice or the decline of pollution in the air due to the world being forced into quarantine.
Now here's something you don't see everyday in South Africa, lions laying around in the road.
Section Ranger Richard Sowry took these incredible photos on Thursday April 16th of a pride of lions sprawled out on the road for an afternoon cat nap.
These lions were laying around in the road just outside of Orpen Rest Camp basking in the sun.
Kruger visitors that tourists do not normally see. #SALockdown This lion pride are usually resident on Kempiana Contractual Park, an area Kruger tourists do not see. This afternoon they were lying on the tar road just outside of Orpen Rest Camp.
