HOUSTON — Texas native Parker McCollum is set to headline the Opening Day Celebration at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
The county music artist is set to take the stage on February 28.
Tickets will becomeavailable online at 10 a.m. on October 6.
All remaining acts for the 2023 event are said to be reported at a later date.
