TORONTO, AZ — Search and rescue crews are still trying to find a 6-year-old girl who disappeared when the car she in was swept away by flooding.
Two other children who were in the car with her were found dead this weekend. They were just five years old.
It all happened on Friday in Toronto Basin.
There are 100 people working to find the little girl.
Deputies say nine people, two adults and seven kids, were in the area visiting family.
They were all piled into a military-style vehicle when they tried to cross a creek.
But the creek had been shut down for safety reasons several hours earlier and the current swept their car downstream.
Both adults and four of the kids are okay. But three of the kids went missing.
On Saturday, the bodies of two of those children were found about three miles from where their car went into the water.
