NAPPANEE, IND. — Rumors are circulating that Joanna Gaines is reportedly interested in property outside of Texas. However, her publicist says those rumors are untrue.

The Goshen News has reported that Gaines is interested in the upcoming auction of the Amish Acres property in Nappanee, Indiana.

The property is 28-acres and has been divided into 16 tracts. Each tract contains a variety of property and development sites, including the Round Barn Theatre, a greeting barn, two log cabins, and older homes plus storage buildings.

According to The Goshen News, Roger Diehm of Schrader Realty and Auction, who is handling the sale of the property, has spoken with Gaines and "a couple of her guys several times."

John Marsicano, Joanna Gaines' publicist, says any report that she is interested in purchasing the property is false.

Marsicano said neither Joanna nor her team has any knowledge of the property or the auction it is attached to. The family wishes Amish Acres the best of luck with their upcoming auction, but says there is no truth to the rumor.

The property is scheduled to be auctioned on February 5 at 6 p.m.
