Police in Hanford, California are searching for a woman who delivered a stillborn at a local hospital.
Police said after giving birth, medical professionals believe the fetus may have been exposed to drugs during the pregnancy.
Chelsea Becker's family say they don't know what went wrong, describing her as an extremely smart and beautiful girl who went down a bad path.
"Troy was born addicted to meth and we got him when he was two days old."
Aunt Julie Lance adopted one of Becker's sons, three-year-old Troy. She also has custody of her one-year-old Silas who is still in the system and cannot be shown.
Becker's oldest, a four-year-old, was adopted out.
Lance says her niece was using throughout her pregnancies and each baby had meth in its system.
"They did and CPS took them out of her custody when they were born," said Sgt. Justin Vallin.
Sgt. Vallin says the pattern repeated itself last month when Becker gave birth to a stillborn boy with more than six times the toxic level of meth in his system.
"The levels of methamphetamine in this baby's system were such high levels even for an adult so we believe that she was using almost the whole entire time she was pregnant," said Vallin.
A murder warrant has been issued for Becker's arrest.
"I want her to turn herself in," said Becker's cousin, Terra Ordonez. "I'm excited for her to straighten up and get clean, because I know she's smart enough to get out of it."
Ordonez says they used to be very close. She hopes others won't judge her cousin over her addiction.
"Hopefully it's an eye opener for a lot of women who are struggling. If you're pregnant, scream for help," said Ordonez.
Lance says Becker and Silas have a strong bond and it's not too late for her to be a part of his life.
"She -- if she wants to see him needs to turn herself in. I know that she loves him and if there's anything in the world that she wants, it's this baby. She needs to turn herself in."
An arrest was issued for Chelsea Becker's arrest for the charge of murder. The bail amount is set at $5 million dollars.
