CHIPPEWA FALLS, WI — A man in Wisconsin was arrested for his fourth Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) when officers noticed his license plates seemed a little off.
The Chippewa Falls Police Department said the registration plates on the suspect vehicle did not match the actual vehicle.
That's when noticied the license plates were not actually license plates. They were created out of Hamm's Beer cases.
