Listen up local good-doers! Starting Nov 30, Instagram will launch its "Giving Tuesday" stories section.
This feature will highlight Instagram creators who are giving back this holiday season, along with tips on ways you can make a difference in your local community.
Any account you follow using said section will be included there.
Alongside this, Instagram is developing a more permanent method to link eligible nonprofits straight in your feed post. It would be an alternative to the current method, which requires users to direct their followers to a link on the user's profile.
Instagram currently has "Support Small Business" and "Buy Black Stickers" you may add to your stories to promote said causes.
