MADISONVILLE, TX — Two Madisonville parks are forced to close early due to an uptick in graffiti and speeding.

Starting Wednesday, November 18, both City Park at Lake Madison and Marian Anderson Park will close at 8 p.m.

Police say recent incidents of vandalism, graffiti, speeding, and a reported 4-wheeler on the volleyball courts is responsible for the closure.
