ALTO, TX — After severe weather tore through Texas over the weekend, Facebook groups were created to assist residents who had been affected.
Alto Tornado Recovery and Alto Lost and Found Pets were created to connect the community with their lost items.
Two children were killed in nearby Angelina County after a tree fell on the car they were in.
