TEMPLE, Texas (KXXV) — Temple Fire & Rescue crews responded to a structure fire Saturday morning that left an extension of a vacant home damaged.
Firefighters were dispatched to 1104 N 2nd Street after receiving reports of a structure fire. Upon arrival, crews discovered heavy smoke and flames coming from an extension of the home.
Temple Fire & Rescue confirmed the home was vacant at the time of the fire.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
