MILAM COUNTY, TX — A Rosebud man has died after a fatal crash north of Cameron early Friday morning.
Texas DPS Troopers responded to a report of a one vehicle fatality crash north of the City of Cameron on November 27 around 4:34 AM.
A 2013 Dodge Avenger passenger car, operated by Danny Alexander Perez, 21, of Rosebud, was traveling north on US 77, according to DPS.
Perez failed to drive in a single lane, and left the roadway on the east side of US 77.
The Dodge struck a private driveway and vaulted.
The Dodge rolled over multiple times ejecting Perez, DPS said.
Investigation revealed that Perez was not wearing his safety belt.
Perez was pronounced deceased on scene by Justice of the Peace Gary Northcott.
The crash is currently still under investigation.
