Police responded to a two-vehicle crash involving a suspected drunk driver at 2:30 a.m. Thursday on Harvey Mitchell Parkway.
College Station police say one of the drivers suffered "incapacitating injuries" in the accident. After investigating, police arrested the other driver on charges of intoxication assault.
The man arrested was identified as 22-year-old Nicholas Wuthrich of Houston.
The northbound lanes of Harvey Mitchell Pkwy were closed overnight north of F&B Road while police investigated the scene and worked to reconstruct the accident.
