BELTON, Texas (KXXV) — Police are investigating a shooting that left a 17-year-old male with life-threatening injuries on Tuesday evening in Belton.
The incident occurred around 8:00 p.m. Dec. 30 in the 800 block of West Avenue. The victim suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was transported to a local hospital.
The Belton Police Department said there is no threat to the public.
