A modified ambulance is set to give first responders with the Heart of Texas Fire Corps a much needed space.
Rehab 613 is an ambulance modified to be a rehab unit. It has a small area inside for first responders that's heated and air-conditioned.
The unit will allow the fire corps to carry basic equipment as well as give first responders a place to sit down and recover.
The Heart of Texas Fire Corps took to Facebook to thank everyone that helped get Rehab 613 into service.
