A driver is in critical condition after a wreck on FM 2311 Sunday night.
Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Troopers responded to a crash on FM 2311 near St Martins Church Road, southeast of West on June 29 around 8:00 pm.
A Chevrolet Silverado traveling northeast left the roadway and crashed into a utility pole, a DPS spokesperson said.
The driver was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
A preliminary investigation shows the driver was possibly intoxicated.
The investigation is still active and ongoing.
