CORSICANA, TX — A man was found unresponsive with a case filled with 23 grams of methamphetamine, money and other paraphernalia tied to his shorts Tuesday.

According to the Corsicana Police Department, on Tuesday, July 16, officers were dispatched to the Community Splash Park for a man lying face down in the grass. When officers arrived, the man was unresponsive and medics were called to the scene. Officers were eventually able to get the man to respond.

Corsicana PD says the man handed officers a black case that was tied to his shorts. According to the department, the man said he did not know whose it was.

Corsicana PD says the man appeared to be under the influence of an unknown narcotic.

According to Corsicana PD, approximately 23 grams of individually packaged methamphetamine, a digital scale, empty baggies, a bag of K2 (synthetic marijuana), and money were found inside of the case.
