OAKWOOD, TX — A man is in the Leon County Jail for fatally stabbing a man last Thursday.
The Leon County Sheriff's Office said that they responded to Mayes Street in Oakwood to a call about a stabbing. Deputies arrested Tracy Allen for the murder of Jerome Dawson Jr. of Oakwood.
The stabbing happened during an altercation between the two men at the residence. Allen is being held in a $1 million bond.
