KILLEEN, TX — Harker Heights Police Department arrested a Killeen man for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Police said they responded to the area of Verna Lee Boulevard and Central Texas Expressway on Jan. 2 in regards to a shooting.
One victim was taken to Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Temple where he was treated for a gunshot wound.
Police said the 32-year-old suspect was able to flee the scene prior to police arrival.
On Jan. 7, Harker Heights Police arrested Logan without incident during a traffic stop near the intersection of Central Texas Expressway and Pan American Drive in Harker Heights.
Logan remains in custody at the Bell County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
