MILAM COUNTY, Texas (KRHD) — The Commissioners Court of Milam County have issued an order to prohibit all outdoor burning for unincorporated areas of Milam County.
The order went into effect at 10:00 p.m. Monday. It is expected to be in place for 90 days, unless certain conditions are met.
Violating the order is a Class C misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
