MILWAUKEE COUNTY, Milwaukee (KXXV) — Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and CBS Sports analyst Tony Romo was arrested Thursday evening on an operating while intoxicated charge, according to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office.
Romo, 46, was booked into jail at 9:47 p.m. on July 23, 2026, and released at 11:01 p.m. under a "book and release" protocol.
A court date has been issued for Romo on Sept. 21 at 8:30 a.m.
