MARLIN, Texas (KXXV) — The Marlin Volunteer Fire Department will celebrate the arrival of a new tanker truck in December.
The 2025 Freightliner 3000 gallon pumper tanker was made by Midwest Fire.
Training Coordinator Michael Smallridge and Fleet Coordinator Danny Seals are driving Tanker 11 from Minnesota, where it was made, to Marlin.
A push-in ceremony is planned for Saturday, December 20 at 4 p.m. You're invited to get a tour of the new truck at the station in Highway 6 in Marlin.
