BURLESON COUNTY, Texas (KRHD) — The Burleson County Sheriff's Office announced the passing of Sheriff Gene Hermes on Saturday.
Sheriff Hermes became sheriff in March 2020, but served with the Burleson County Sheriff's Office before that role.
A visitation is planned Thursday evening, with a funeral service to follow Friday morning at the Burleson County Cowboy Church.
