BREMOND, Texas (KXXV) — The Bremond Volunteer Fire Department responded early Saturday morning to an abandoned vehicle with major damage along Highway 46.
Firefighters say they found blood on the seats, airbag and door, but did not find anyone at the scene. The vehicle had crashed into a tree, and the cold engine suggested the accident occurred in the early morning hours.
Crews searched up and down Highway 46 but determined the driver had left the scene voluntarily.
