Two women were arrested after they allegedly posted obscene photos of a woman, who was 16 at the time, on Facebook and Facebook Live.
According to the probable cause statement, on January 18, officers were called out to the 2000 block of Longmire Court for report of a civil disturbance.
When officers arrived, they learned multiple women got into an argument at the location. One of the women involved in the argument was identified as Terica Thurmon. Officers learned that the argument was purely verbal. One of the women left the scene and no charges were filed.
Around 12:05 a.m. on January 19, officers were called out to the 1000 block of Medina Drive for a report of a complaint. It was reported that intimate pictures of a woman at the location had been posted online.
When officers arrived, they made contact with a woman who said she gotten in an argument with another woman, identified as Terica Thurmon, earlier in the day. The woman told officers Thurmon got onto a Facebook Live and began making threats against her.
The woman showed officers screenshots of one of Thurmon's posts that said, "Give me 10 likes and ima expose this hoe!!!!!!!"
She then showed officers a second screenshot of a post, which included three images. According to the probable cause statement, the post included an image of the woman with an "erect and turgid penis in her mouth." The second image showed a similarly erect and turgid penis on the woman's tongue. The third image showed a vagina being spread open by fingers.
The post was captioned, "Hoe said she was 16 when she did this !!!"
The woman, who is now 26-years-old, told officers the photos posted on Thurmon's Facebook account were old images of the woman with her ex-boyfriend from high school. The woman told officers she was "certain" she was 16-years-old when the original images were created.
The woman told officers she believed Thurmon took photos of the images as they were being displayed on the phone of her neighbor, identified as Michaela Woodlee.
Around 6:36 p.m. on January 19, officers responded to the 2000 block of Longmire Court for a follow-up. They then located Thurmon and Woodlee.
Thurmon told officers that an unidentified person posted the photos containing the obscene images on Facebook. Officers asked Thurmon if she was in possession of the photos, and she responded that she had them on her phone. Thurmon then opened her phone and showed the officers the same photos that were on Thurmon's Facebook.
Thurmon told officers she got the photos from Woodlee.
Woodlee told officers that a person she did not know sent her the images of the victim several weeks prior. Woodlee told the officers that Thurmon had posted the photos online.
Woodlee also told officers she was in possession of the photos, and showed officers the photos on her phone.
Another officer responded to the 1000 block of Medina Drive to speak with the victim.
The victim told officers Thurmon and Woodlee got onto a Facebook Live again and began speaking about her. The woman recorded the Facebook Live session and showed the officer.
In the probable cause statement, the officer stated he observed Thurmon and Woodlee talking about the victim in the Facebook Live. In the video, Woodlee told her audience, "I'm about to show you why she's mad. This bitch has a white dick in her mouth." A hand holding a phone showing the obscene photograph of the victim then appeared on screen.
The Facebook Live had multiple likes and comments indicating that multiple people were watching.
