Copperas Cove FD asking for public's help in identifying man possibly connected to arson case

COPPERAS COVE, TX — The Copperas Cove Fire Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man possibly connected to an arson investigation.

Around 3:17 p.m. on Tuesday, December 22, the Copperas Cove Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire in the area of 300 Casa Drive.

When crews arrived, they found a vehicle fully engulfed in flames in the back portion of a car wash.

Video surveillance shows a man walking away from the vehicle immediately prior to the fire.

Copperas Cove FD says the fire has determined to be arson and is currently under investigation by the Copperas Cove Fire Marshal's Office.
