COPPERAS COVE, TX — The Copperas Cove Bulldawgs are using touchdowns in the fight against childhood cancer.
The football team is joining other high school football teams across the country in Touchdowns Against Cancer.
For every touchdown the Bulldawgs' score this month, money will be donated to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to help the over 16,000 children and adolescents that will be diagnosed with cancer this year.
Fans can pledge per touchdown or make a one-time donation. The Bulldawgs are estimtaed 32 touchdowns through September 29.
