COLLEGE STATION, TX — Aggies have something to celebrate! College Station has been named the best college town in Texas.
Reviews.org compiled the list by looking at cities with fewer than 250,000 residents. The group analyzed overall population, student population, rental costs, college education rates, transportation access, unemployment rates and bar availability.
From there, Reviews.org weighed in the cost of living, unemployment rates for 20 to 24-year-olds, and easy access to the city.
The home of the Aggies came in as number 27 for best college town in the nation, and was the only Texas college town to make the top 50.
