COLLEGE STATION, TX — A man was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in College Station on Friday morning.
College Station police said that they responded to a call around 2 a.m. about a fight involving a gun. When police arrived on scene at the 100 block of Boyett St., the individuals had been separated.
Police discovered that one suspect in the fight pulled a pistol and threatened the others involved. The victim ran away from the suspect, 23-year-old Levi Whisenant. Whisenant put the gun away and chased the victim and began to fight with the victim.
Whisnant was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
