COLLEGE STATION, TX — A 43-year-old College Station man was arrested on four counts of possession of child pornography on Halloween.
According to the arrest affidavit, police obtained a warrant for Carl Baxter after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
The tip said that Microsoft reported a user uploading child pornography using Microsoft Bing Image.
When police searched the home, they found a computer in the music room with child pornography files.
Baxter is being held on a $32,000 bond.
