COLLEGE STATION, TX — A College Station man is in jail for harassing Whataburger employees.
Officers booked Laquaveon Powell for disorderly conduct after employees from the Rock Prairie Road location said he was cursing at staff.
Police found Powell sitting in a booth of the establishment and refusing to leave.
Powell initiated another argument with an employee while police were responding and accused the staff of lying.
Police said they made repeated requests for the man to step outside but he refused to cooperate.
It was noted that Whataburger had third party patrons inside who witnessed the entire incident.
Powell is being held on a $300 bond in the Brazos County Jail.
