THRALL, TX — A chaplain who served the Thrall Volunteer Fire Department for 50 years has passed away.
Chaplin Willie Herzer was an active member with the department up until his passing, according to a post by Thrall VFD.
The department said Herzer will be missed and is asking for the community to keep Herzer's family in your thoughts and prayers.
