A bridge rail repair project is forcing a lane closure on Interstate 35 Thursday.
According to the Texas Department of Transportation, the outside lane of southbound I-35 at Elm Mott Lane will be closed from 1 p.m. into the night.
The on-ramp just before Elm Mott Lane will also be closed.
