A body was discovered after a house fire near Golinda Saturday night.
The Falls County Sheriff's Office along with the Golinda Volunteer Fire Department responded to a house fire on Farney Road around 10:17 PM Saturday.
The agencies discovered a body inside the residence, according to Falls County Chief Derick Johnson.
The identity of the deceased has not been released. An autopsy has been ordered to identify the cause of death.
The State Fire Marshal's Office is also assisting with the case.
The investigation is very fluid and ongoing, according to Falls County Chief Derick Johnson.
